Founder of the management services and business consultancy side of DiVersity, Alan's wide range of experience provides balanced advice to clients from all different sectors. His passion for business development and a 'never say die' (Di?) attitude, is highly infectious.

Andy works on everything from ad campaigns and direct mail to annual reports and brand work. A little flash, he likes to have all the latest gadgets and of course, all the latest software.

Angela keeps a close eye on the office environment at DiVersity which covers everything from looking after the bank accounts, to maintaining a tight grip on petty cash and making sure we have enough biscuits and cakes to keep the team going!

Avril is PA to Di and Alan in addition to helping out with reception duties. Never without a smile on her face, she can be relied upon for her practical help and is renowned throughout DiVersity for her speciality 'flapjack'.

Adored by all at DiVersity, Billy (Di and Alan's four legged furry friend) can often be found rummaging under desks for anything remotely edible. Always the centre of attention, particularly when attending client meetings, Billy enjoys lapping up all the fuss and attention on offer.

Claire is responsible for managing the Dulux Design Service operation on a daily basis and assisting in developing the long term strategy. Pragmatic and extremely cheery, Claire is always available to take on a problem and find a solution!

'Sav' as she is affectionately known is always on hand to brighten up the office with her humorous and quick witted charm. Clare applies the same attitude with clients, forging strong relationships, playing a big part in developing one of our key accounts.

Craig's time is partly taken combating dehydration whilst waiting for Andy to finally make the studio drinks, but mainly focused on producing great work (digital and conventional) for the complete client base.

A whirlwind in the Dulux Design Service office, Dawn brings her humour and enthusiasm in equal abundance to her creativity and flair for design, fabrics and colour. She has bags of experience in interior design and even used to teach at the National Design Academy.

Di is the driving force responsible for creating the vision and values that define DiVersity. Di is passionate about all aspects of the business and is always available to lend the benefits of her extensive marketing experience to both clients and her team.

Our newest recruit, Eddie's experience working for major media owners and agencies will be a great asset to the team. When he's not devising the plan of all plans for our clients you can find him (if you can catch him) pursuing his passion for extreme sport.

An eye for detail and a technical mind help Guy to keep on top of the artwork and production issues related to our fast moving studio. Consistency and accuracy are the names of the game.

Jamie started life as a designer with a deep love for open source software which has blossomed over the last ten years to be a beautiful marriage of designer and programmer. He is a tech genius. As Digital Design Manager his knowledge and experience is invaluable.

Cajoling and persuading decorators to join the Dulux Select scheme - nothing can deflect Jonathan from his mission to spread the word to the decorating community. Legendary tea making ability and local sweetshop knowledge give him Oscar status for the popularity category!

Well respected by team members and clients alike, Karen helps clients deliver a broad mix of communications across a diverse range of accounts. Whether working with her team, developing marketing plans or presenting concepts, you can always be assured of service with a smile!

Our Kelly can normally be found fighting with an encyclopaedia of spreadsheets and responding to the diverse range of queries and requests on the Dulux Select Decorators scheme -- deftly dealing with whatever may arise by phone or email in an unflustered way.

Leading our creative team with enthusiasm, Martin likes to view client challenges as voyages of discovery and not route marches. His quest to find 'the way' brings a continuing sense of wonder to his extensive business and marketing experience.

When he's not moaning about the lack of tea making ability within the team, Paul (Paulo) can be found meticulously proofing design and artwork or speaking with a diverse range of clients; normally on the phone or email, but preferably face-to-face.

A keen horse rider, Sarah is as competitive at work as she is at riding events. Having worked at DiVersity for over two years, she has developed a number of key accounts. Whilst she takes her work seriously, she always has time for a chat and a giggle with work mates.

When Shelley's not shaming the rest of the team with her absolute dedication to health and wellbeing, 'Shel' can be found briefing the studio, developing strategies, researching markets and generally providing great service to a wide range of clients.

Si helps to create the link between strategic direction, marketing campaigns and operational delivery. Constantly full of energy and a great support for the team, Si is in his element when faced with challenging projects and important decisions!

Central to the daily operations of the Dulux Select Decorators membership scheme, ably assisted by her team, Susann is responsible for managing, developing and delivering a range of processes and initiatives with a strong focus on continual improvement.
