Alliance Healthcare (previously UniChem) asked us to develop a direct mail campaign that would entice customers to purchase from their introductory health and beauty range.

The objectives were to convince low spending customers that UniChem was as competitive as others, the previous perception was that UniChem provided excellent customer service but was slightly more expensive. This was achieved by offering a set discount for 3 months.
